I was previously an Early Childhood Teacher for 20 years. In working with families, our conversations often centered around health. I am passionate about helping people take care of their health today for a long, healthy vibrant life.My husband, John, is also a teacher. We are enjoying our new status as empty-nesters! Our daughters, Kait and Sophie, are 23 and 20. It is heartwarming to witness them adopting healthy habits for life!
